Insight To Your Future

Industry day 2011 at Ravensbourne was much larger than previous years. The management team brought in Fluxity to manage all technical requirements for the event, design the lighting, and rig/de-rig the event. The Audio Visual requirements alone were quite extensive as there were video calls from across the globe as well as several speakers in the room. The lighting requirements were quite basic for this event but we jazzed it up by adding some colour using the mac 250 entours.

Penrose Market

Penrose Market is one of the biggest trade shows of the year at Ravensboure, Russell, Tom and Scott were asked to project manage the event. This required us to look at all of the 160 exhibitors technical requests and try to provide each exhibitor with their requirements, while trying to keep to a small budget of only £2500. We ended up giving 105 stalls power in 2 different locations, using 1 63A 3 phase and 1 125A 3 phase hot power distribution. Russell managed all of the health & safety risk assessments for the rigging and the event as well as all of our method statements.
