Russell Fleming

Russell spent five years gaining experience in his school’s theatre where he specialised in sound but also gained a general knowledge in all other areas of backstage work. He went on to study an A Level in Music Technology gaining recording experience producing a number of recordings for the school outside of his studies.

In his last year he solely organised a rock concert in aid of charity using talent from within the school. The concert was a huge success and raised £2000 for the selected charity.

In late 2009 Russell started working at a local theatre as a backstage technician. There he operated sound for many visiting music and comedy acts.
