Our Team

Our Team is currently filled with 3 highly skilled and enthusiastic members with 3 completely different yet complimenting skill sets. This individual skill sets in Sound, Rigging, AV and Lighting come together to provide a strong team that complete many event or project types, which individually couldn’t be achieved.

Russell Fleming

Russell spent five years gaining experience in his school’s theatre where he specialised in sound but also gained a general knowledge in all other areas of backstage work. He went on to study an A Level in Music Technology gaining recording experience producing a number of recordings for the school outside of his studies.

In his last year he solely organised a rock concert in aid of charity using talent from within the school. The concert was a huge success and raised £2000 for the selected charity. In late 2009 Russell started working at a local theatre as a backstage technician. There he operated sound for many visiting music and comedy acts.

Scott Campbell

Since 2003 Scott Campbell has been working in several different forms of the Audio Visual industry, from stage lighting and sound to video conferencing and broadcast. In 2003 Scott got the chance to do work experience with a Video Conferencing install company, NuVideo, giving him the passion to go to college and study HND Audio Visual Technology. During this course he managed to get onto the FdSc Broadcast Technology Course at Ravensboure with an optional BA Honours top up.

Over the past 8 years Scott has managed to pick up many skills in the rigging and lighting industry as he is often chosen to run the rig/de-rig of shoots in the television studios at college and university. Since going to Ravensbourne he has worked on the majority of big projects through-out the year. These projects have often involved the knowledge to building truss structures safely, fly rigs, run power and program lighting desks.

Tom Glover

Tom Glover has been interested in stage and event lighting from early 2003, after having  a taste of backstage life, in his Year 6 production of Bugsy Malone. His current specialism is Lighting for Theatre, with new skills and techniques currently be acquired for Studio and Other Locations.
