About Us

Fluxity Lighting Design, was started in early 2009 by two experienced lighting designers, Tom Glover and George Waterhouse. Both lighting designers have over 6 years lighting experience, with over 75 different shows under each of their belts. Before joining forces and creating Fluxity, Tom and George both went to Coopers Technology College helping with all the school productions, as well as most of Italia Conti Chislehurst productions at Coopers Technology College.

Fluxity aims to provide an up to date approach to lighting design, using innovative techniques and products, that will compliment your show or event. We specialise in Lighting and Sound Design, Hire and Installation.

What We Do

We offer a range of services focused on stage lighting and sound, including:

  • Lighting Design
  • Lighting Operation and Rigging
  • Sound Design
  • Sound Operation and Rigging
  • Sound and Lighting Hire
  • Sound and Lighting Sales
  • Special Effects Hire and Design

We also offer advice and support in choosing the correct services or products for your event, this advice is free of charge. We have had requests from companies asking for technical consultation during the rigging and operation stages of their event, this is possible but incurs a charge as it requires us to be onsite for a considerable time.

Awards

Best Lighting @ 2009 Be Your Best™ London Rock Challenge® at the Hackney Empire - On the 1st May 2009 - Coopers also won Best Set and Best Entertainment as well as coming 1st overall - Pictures and Videos coming soon.

Portfolio

Take a few minuets to have a look at our portfolio, it has all of our productions completed as Fluxity and before Fluxity existed that were completed by George Waterhouse and Tom Glover. We are afraid this does not include all the 50+ shows we have each worked on as there are some which photo's do not exist for, there are also some shows such as GCSE AS and A2 Drama Exams which we deem inappropiate to take pictures of. A production CV of all the major shows that either Tom Glover or George Waterhouse can be requested.
